We have 4 internal spaces for training, including training rooms and workshop areas, in addition to our beautiful garden, which can be used for outdoor activities or moments of relaxation. In addition, we provide meditation pillows and yoga mats for your practices.

- Environment Conducive to Inspiration : Our spaces have been carefully designed to create a welcoming and inspiring atmosphere. Large windows provide views of fantastic sunsets and sea views, allowing nature to join your learning experience.

- Central Location : We are conveniently located 600 meters from Praia da Aguda, just a 5-minute walk from Aguda Train Station and very close to the vibrant city of Porto. Our location is strategic, making access convenient for participants.
