Refund Policy
Returned items, except defective items, will be refunded through a voucher of the same value as the returned item valid for one year after issuance.
Refunds for defective items will be made via bank transfer, and you must indicate the NIB (bank identification number) and email for this purpose.
You will receive confirmation of the return by email once it has been made.
If more than 14 days have passed and you do not have a refund in your account, please use this confirmation to present it to your bank so they can help speed up the process.
If you have purchased an event or service and cannot attend or do not use it on the dates indicated, it will not be refunded. For this purpose, you must contact us by email inexco.pt@gmail.com so that a voucher for the corresponding value can be issued for use. on the inexco.pt website within 1 year.
